Plant Sale

Fernbank Science Center will hold its annual spring plant sale April 13-24, 2021.. A wide variety of plants will be available. Many are native species that are often difficult to find! 

Orders and payment will be done online.  A pickup day and time will be scheduled at checkout. Pickup will be at the science center on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday.s

Plant Questions?  The FSC horticulture staff will on FACEBOOK Live to provide advice and answer quesitons from noon-1:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (March 29th - 31st).

All Fernbank Science Center facilities remain closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

LIVE! At-Home Planetarium Shows

The Jim Cherry Memorial Planetarium at Fernbank Science Center remains closed due to Covid-19. In the interim we are offering virtual planetarium programming.  The shows will be live from planetarium. Please visit our facebook page to live stream the show. New shows will be released each Friday at 7:00 PM.
